....This course is taught by teachers that have received specialised English language training who can use a lexical-grammatical approach to teach difficult subjects. In addition to using Cambridge learning materials, Langports English college has developed it's own unique learning materials to further assist students reach their potential.
Other Key learning points:
- This course includes a 'Cambridge retreat' which is a two day, one night excursion which is held at the beginning of the course. During this time you can experience unique Australian activities and get to better know your other Cambridge class mates and teachers
- This is a closed course meaning that all students who start at the same time will finish at the same time meaning that other students cannot enter the course mid-way. This leads to a better learning environment as there are less disruptions

*All fees include course tuition, exam fees and Cambridge retreat which is two days for those who select Sydney campus and one day for those studying in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Note on fees: There may be other colleges that offer English tuition for a lower amount however it is important to understand that usually the higher the cost of a course means that a college can invest in its teacher training, infrastructure and course development. In our experience working in the industry we generally find that the higher the quality of the course the quicker students meet their learning goals.

A pre-test is required to ensure that you can enter this course as well as ensure that you are placed into the right course of either 10 or 12 weeks.
What if I don’t reach this level?
Don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world! You can always start with General English and then transfer into Academic English.
The first step is to take the free English test, once we have your result we can then provide you with a study plan and quote before you decide on applying.
